Draft Regulations

In accordance with Section 91(1 & 2) of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority Act, 2015 (Act 895), the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) is required to develop regulations (subsidiary legislation) to support the implementation of the NRA Act 2015. As part of the consultative process mandated by the Act, the NRA is required to seek input and comments from the public and interested parties on the regulations that have been developed.
